Movement to grow your light.

Groups share the stage for connection. Privates give you the spotlight to shine.

Pilates plus!

  • Joseph Pilates created this form of exercise and rehabilitation in the the early 1900’s. The Pilates method benefits all bodies through core strengthening, stretching, muscular challenge, breath control, and mental focus. It can restore and elevate physical fitness through both gentle and demanding movements. Pilates is practiced with and without equipment.

  • I offer virtual or in-person 50 minute private pilates sessions. These sessions are personalized by your needs, abilities and goals. They can vary from a vigorous core workout to a gentle stretching session. We will work together to create a workout that is most beneficial to you.

Single in-studio and virtual sessions are $85. Additional charges for travel to your home or business.
